|Recommended: YesJust a suggestion — Parents should probably keep a eye on the smaller kids often there are very small kids ages maybe 3 or 4 in the parking areas on small bikes very close to cars and people driving around them and to date have not seen parents supervising them around building 109

|Recommended: YesAttentive and Accurate — Everyone in the office is very polite and any issue or concern I’ve brought up has been resolved correctly and within the same day if not 2 days, and the best part is when someone leaves from coming into my home for a maintenance request , it’s actually resolved when they leave instead of being fixed for a couple weeks and then the same thing breaking or having issues again.

|Recommended: YesNice place — I like living here for the most part. They are older apartments but they are mostly well maintained. The grounds are really lovely and not all concrete jungle feeling, which is a big plus for me, as I hate living in a city. It doesn't feel like I'm living in a city here at all. I would recommend the apartments to anyone. The staff here is super nice, which is certainly a big PLUS.

|Recommended: YesWell priced for what you get — The one bed room is very spacious and the ammenties although very humble are pretty decent. The highlight is the staff who have been the most responsive and friendly people of any apartment complex. Really makes you feel welcomed.

|Recommended: YesCorporate overlord but local staff are great — This complex has great staff and solid walls so you don't hardly ever hear neighbors. Old but not expensive.
